Gastronomia – Com o endurecimento das medidas de controle<\/a> \u00e0 pandemia de Covid-19, empres\u00e1rios do setor de gastronomia de Pernambuco foram \u00e0s redes sociais subindo a hashtag #jante\u00e0s18h. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Essa campanha foi criada em S\u00e3o Paulo, h\u00e1 alguns meses, justamente por conta das redu\u00e7\u00f5es de hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento implementadas na terra da garoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o tem o objetivo de estimular os pernambucanos a irem aos restaurantes e bares de sua prefer\u00eancia mais cedo do que est\u00e3o habituadas, visto que o Decreto Estadual N\u00ba 50.346, de 1 de mar\u00e7o de 2021, restringe o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento das atividades n\u00e3o essenciais para 20h da segunda \u00e0 sexta, e fechamento aos finais de semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aqui em Pernambuco o setor est\u00e1 sendo bastante penalizado. Restaurantes e bares tiveram que fechar suas portas em 21 de mar\u00e7o de 2020, podendo funcionar apenas para delivery e take away. As casas s\u00f3 puderam reabrir seus sal\u00f5es no dia 20 de julho, das 6h \u00e0s 20h. Em agosto, o limite aumentou para 22h. Em setembro, meia noite. Esse formato se manteve at\u00e9 o dia 14 de janeiro deste ano, quando veio a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos e  m\u00fasica ao vivo nas casas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com Andr\u00e9 Sabur\u00f3, do Quina do Futuro, Sum\u00f4, Tokyo’s Caf\u00e9 e Sushi Yoshi, j\u00e1 tem tempo que a conta dos estabelecimentos n\u00e3o est\u00e1 fechando. No caso do Quina, tradicional restaurante japon\u00eas com 35 anos de exist\u00eancia localizado na zona norte do Recife, o almo\u00e7o representa 20% do faturamento da casa. O maior giro \u00e9 \u00e0 noite, a partir das 19h, 19h30, quando as pessoas chegam pra aproveitar o espa\u00e7o, comer com tranquilidade e conversar. Juntando o sal\u00e3o com o delivery, a casa estava conseguindo manter o faturamento entre 55% e 60% do esperado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
